If only it was as easy to banish hunger by rubbing the belly as to masturbate.

Vegetable Stew

2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 Zucchini
1/3 lb hamburger (7% fat)
1/3 bag of frozen petite peas
1/3 can garbonzo beans
1/3-1/2 cup milk
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Peel and chop potatoes and carrots. Simmer in 2 cups of water in a larger frying pan, along with sage, salt, garlic, and onion powder. When potatoes are somewhat softened add zucchini, hamburger, peas, garbonzo beans, and milk. Allow to stew until much of the liquid has evaporated and meat is fully cooked.

Eat plain or serve over rice :)

I'm a vegetarian suffering from IC, any help??

Well I think you could take most recipes--so long as they contain vegetables--and simply not add the meat ingredients. Any of the dishes on my site that require chicken broth, you should be able to add vegetable broth instead.

Now I have not used any vegetable broths, so you'd have to find one that's organic and doesn't contain any MSG or similar. You could also make your own broth. I'd have to look for a recipe, but off the top of my head if you can handle celery, that's often a good base to start with. How much cooking are you used to doing?

Also, I suppose a lot of (at least MY recipes) also contain milk & butter. So if you're vegan then my recipes may be more problematic. I base a lot of my food on dairy, which I find soothing.

Looks great. If we could smell pictures, bet this one would smell great.
